Advertising spend, filming, travel and message/comment management are excluded. Adapting content to two channels does not double the number of original pieces.

Before we begin
Setup includes collecting materials, checking access, preparing templates and the first editorial plan. Setup fees are €99 for START, €149 for GROW and €199 for PRO. A full profile or brand redesign is separate.
The client provides their logo, accurate information, usable materials and the necessary rights. Delivery depends on receiving the materials and approval by the agreed dates. Duration, payment, cancellation and unused content are covered in the written offer.
What counts as one piece of content?
One original idea and deliverable. The same post adapted for Instagram and Facebook is still one piece. Listed stories are adaptations of the month's content. A reel replaces a post within the total; it is not additional.
Is a number of followers or customers guaranteed?
No. Reports and agreed activities are included; business results, followers and reach also depend on your offer, market, budget and the platforms.
How are extras and revisions handled?
Changes are collected in one revision round per piece. Requests outside the agreed scope receive a separate quotation for approval before work begins.
