Data and purposes

The form requires your name, email, service and message. Company and profile link are optional. These details are used to answer enquiries and prepare a possible quotation. Do not submit sensitive information, passwords or credentials. Required fields are necessary for us to respond.

Legal basis

Handling an enquiry is based on pre-contractual steps requested by the individual, under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The acknowledgement box does not authorise newsletters or profiling.

Retention and recipients

Enquiries that do not lead to further work are retained as needed for the response and commercial discussion, up to 12 months after the last contact. Contractual and accounting records follow applicable legal obligations. The website is hosted by Aruba; enquiries are sent to info@degidigital.com, using Aruba services. The owner and authorised technical providers may process data to deliver the services. The form does not use external marketing platforms or AI services.

Spam prevention and security

The form uses validation, a honeypot field and a temporary request limit based on an HMAC fingerprint of the IP address. Anti-spam records count requests within the last hour. Records older than 24 hours are removed on the next valid request. The website does not store a message database: enquiries are delivered by email. Aruba may process IP addresses and technical logs for operation and security, under its terms and privacy notices.

Optional statistics

Google Analytics 4 is enabled only after consent, under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. Technical visit data may also be processed on Google's international infrastructure under its applicable terms and safeguards. Form contents are not sent to Google. See the cookies page for how it works, retention and withdrawal. Withdrawal applies to future collection and does not erase previously collected data.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability where applicable, and object to processing as provided by law. You may lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority. Contact the controller to exercise your rights.

Automated processing

The website does not make automated decisions or perform commercial profiling. Form messages are not sent to AI services.
